Salesforce has a very robust API, which is a huge selling point and helps position the product as the "spoke" in the technology wheel of an organization. You can connect virtually any other software to Salesforce.
Part of my job includes CRM consulting. FOr anything under 500 records, I just tell clients they can use Excel. |
