No. 1 is way ahead of No. 2 as well, which is way ahead of whatever is third.
In car dealerships the model is deception and misrepresentations from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave.
Real estate not quite as bad because there are good agents out there who theoretically could earn their commission (though most of the time not). |
