I think I look a little better and have a little more muscle but it's discouraging as fuck to not see the weight go down.
Thinking about killing myself.

A more precise (and exponentially more autistic and faggoty) method -- which I recommend -- is:
- set goal weekly weight loss. I recommend about half a pound per week if you're already in pretty good shape and trying to lean out while maximally preserving muscle; a pound per week if you're fat but not super fat (18-25% bodyfat); 2lb per week if higher than that.
- weigh daily immediately after waking and pissing, but before anything else. Log your weight.
- at the end of each week, take the AVERAGE of all of these, compare it to prior week's average. Drop calories as needed.
- how do you know how much to drop calories? A pound of fat is 3600 calories. Take the difference between your goal loss and actual loss, multiply by 3600, divide by seven, and you have your daily caloric change. e.g.: Goal loss is 1lb/week, your average went down by 0.5 leaving 0.5lb to be desired. .5*3600/7=257. Drop daily calories by 260 for upcoming week.
- rinse and repeat until shredded
Other helpful shit:
- overfeed protein; high protein diets outperform calorically equivalent low/moderate protein diets for weight loss
- be a stickler for hitting your protein, play with the rest of your macros and figure out whether or not you have more satiety with high fat or high carbs. In general, I find that high fat works best both for myself and for other people whose cuts I have run.
- structure carbs around workouts, generally avoid otherwise
- Play with your meal quantity some and figure out if you do better with lots of small meals or a few big ones
- The more food you can consume while staying in the appropriate deficit, the better. This means if you are able to do a bunch of cardio so that you can eat more while staying in a good deficit, you will generally feel better doing that.

Stop eating sugar, alcohol, seed oils, complex carbs and live off meat and non-starchy veggies. Limit dairy. Take vitamins.
So basically beef, pork, chicken, tuna, eggs, shrimp, broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, celery, spinach, green beens and don’t cook them in oil, eat them steamed (microwave makes it easy).
Aim for under 1000 calories a day.

i do this with gambling on horse racing and i get stress related tension headaches that leave me bedridden with 0 appetite.
i subsist off grapes and throat lozenges. lost 30 pounds and probably no longer pre-diabetic or have fatty liver either.
my exercise is getting cramps while bedridden.

To lose weight you need to just starve yourself. NOBREAKFAST. Some light lunch. Small dinner. NOSNACKS. NODRINK except water.
If you don't feel pangs of hunger every night when you're going to bed, you're doing it wrong.

eat tons of protein and add a bunch of muscle
worry about the weight loss later when you first prove that you’re not a faggot who gives up on shit after a few weeks

start chopping wood. i don't mean dinky little small chunks of softwood, but large nasty oak rounds full of branches and knots. get a relatively heavy ax/maul and a conical metal splitter (works better in most cases than a wedge splitter) and work the wood in the summer heat until it's all split apart, then do it again.
never resort to power tools. stay with the ax, regardless of how difficult it gets or how many swings it takes to get everything to its proper shape/size, which may be well into the thousands for particularly dense and complex rounds of wood.
