Probably not sociologically accurate, especially wrt mixing of the sexes, and there is plenty of non scriptural invented stuff to fill up the time, but overall it's 180. Jesus is extremely charismatic and pretty funny about how he does miracles. He comes across as cool and human. The apostles are definitely flawed people, and are often quarreling among themselves. Peter's wife, who only gets a small indirect mention in the Bible, features prominently as a long suffering wife of an absent husband who is constantly being forced to entertain all the group. Lots of extra-scriptural characters to fill in the color. I found it really fun to watch and not shit lib at all.
