Last two weeks I am around 700 calories a day. I am fine. Not even hungry.

Then don’t eat anything. At 700 calories a day I am losing 1-2lbs a week. I have the metabolism of a sloth and that is with lifting 30 min a day and walking more. I was designed to survive periods of depravation.
