The comment thread is that all of these knives have blades between 3 - 3.25” with the exception being the 940, though its blade and overall profile is very slender making it convenient to carry around though very capable and rugged. |

I havent bought a knife in a while but the ones on my list range from about $90-400. The different blade steels have a variety of characteristics like toughness, corrosion resistance and edge retention. There are tradeoffs, so you’ll have to figure out what’s important to you. Handle material is another area to think about. Lower end knives can have basically plastic handles though higher end pieces will have titanium with inlays.
