It definitely bumped up my Free T, but it also suppressed my estrogen too much. Don't do it regularly because of the estrogen suppression.
However, if I'm going to go on a beach vacation and want to look extra dry and chiseled (and am willing to deal with the sides from the suppressed estrogen for a while), I'll take it for a week or two before hand to give me a dryer look. (makes the veins on my abs visible) |

My poast was referring to estrogen suppression, which initially will happen at the same time as the initial increase in Free T.
That said, over time, the estrogen will further be suppressed down the line if/when yoru body starts simply producing lest T overall to be converterd into estrogen.
Note that if you have high estrogen to begin with, you might not need to worry about the estrogen suppression sides. However, keep an eye on them. And also cycle it regardless (if you're going to use it at all -- frankly, your "Test booster" should be eating healthy, excercising, sleeping well, avoiding GC chemicals, etc) |
