Let's get cracking on an analysis of potential exposure here based on every precedent you can find over the last decade, whether it was litigated or otherwise resolved. The closer the facts are to our own the better but feel free to cast a wide net. If you can get a work up to me by 8 am tomorrow morning, I'll give you edits and then we can start preparing for the call with Zach in the afternoon. Saturday morning we need to fly out to be there with the ELT so we can help them with the dry run; Susan can give you my flights so you can match them. We should be back by Sunday night.
