I take him home on a Thursday afternoon when our boss says we can go when we get a certain order done. I thought I'd come in and have a beer after work and plan that weekends fishing trip. When we opened the door to the living room we found his wife with two different men at the same time. Wild thing was we never saw a car. We just decided to get back in my car and leave. I was smart enough to sneak a picture before we left, which comes into play later.

They separated and as things progressed he got a lawyer and filed for divorce. That bitch tried EVERYTHING including claiming he was beating her, graping her at night, beating the kids, cheating, doing drugs, etc.

Well in the court room (I was there as support for my friend), she literally screamed at the judge in front of everyone about how terrible of a human being he was. My friends lawyer took my phone and entered the picture into evidence blah blah blah. Once she saw it she went into a full on rage. She claimed it never happened and whatnot until she saw that picture.

The things I remember her saying was, he was cheating, they were her cousins (she's white as a ghost, neither of them were), they were house cleaners, etc. The judge looked at her and started talking about how this is plain and simple case of her commiting adultery and how they will have to return to do custody and what not. I mean the picture showed the one guy in all his glory and the other dude pulling up his pants as she was getting off her knees completely naked. She started screaming at the judge and in front of that very courtroom she said the following words to my friend which are permanently burned into my brain. "Well maybe if your dick wasn't 3 inches long I wouldn't have to go find other men to do the job for you". I've NEVER seen a man so tore down. He went to tears and was embarrassed. I don't know HOW many people were in that courtroom, but it was enough to tear him down to nothing.

In the following months, she broke into his house, keyed the fuck out of his SUV, got her ass kicked by his sister (that was funny AF), tried to run away with the kids and got caught, and many other just plain stupid things. The one that ended it and won his fight for his kids however. She literally brought a baseball bat in hopes of "beating him" and there was a witness who went to the authorities. She made it to his house, where me and my friend were just hanging out watching some outdoors shows and drinking beer. We heard a car door and saw her pos white cavalier and she walked out with a bat. I went out the side door and waited. She knocked on the door and he answered when he saw me pass the side window. I ripped the bat out of her hand and he took her to the ground. This was about 45 seconds before the police arrived and I was already on the horn with 911. Turned out she planned to beat him to death with the bat, take the kids, and run to Canada. She was sentenced to 3 years for it all and has since moved to a state far away. She lost custody and visitation to her kids, her friend actually ended up dating my friend for a few months.

He has since found a woman who actually treats him right. They have plenty of kids and are living a good life just the way he likes it. I moved away a few years after this all happened but we still talk occasionally and his oldest kid is graduating this coming year. It makes me feel old, but I think he was 7 or 8 when this happened.

He doesn’t file for divorce though. He just leaves the house and moves into an apartment pretending to have a new life. All the while he’s fucking other women and men in these “real estate groups” he finds online. Gets taken to one property out in the sticks and when he’s inspecting one of the outbuildings he’s struck from behind and pushed to the ground where he’s violently raped in the dark. I think there were a couple of attackers. It was very much like the scene from Light in August when Joe Christmas takes his turn with the black girl in the shed in his youth, only H is not black, he’s lily white, and he’s got a big pasty ass like Ned Beatty in Deliverance.

Anyway, W finally files for divorce. H decides to represent himself because he can’t afford a lawyer. Agrees to a split of the marital estate that’s about 90% to W and 10% to him because he still has a job and she was retired and it wasn’t that much anyway.

H developed a drinking problem and now presents with a very round puffy face and a lot of rosacea.
