Date: March 11th, 2026 5:01 PM Author: idiotic hissy fit affirmative action it depends on how strict their underwriting process is, but this isnt something you want to fuck around with. i had a friend who bought a pair of lifts a decade after getting the loan, which triggered an audit, and when his fraud was discovered they retroactively applied the height adjusted rate, compounded it, added penalties, investigation costs... he wound up having to short sell it and the bank came after him for the deficiency. he lost everything.
