Every time it starts good them some loser w no life eventually gets in and acts like a hall monitor then they east ramapo it every time
Now I just live out in the sticks. It takes like an hour to get to the store but no one bothers me and my property twenty xs every ten years

Mine is 180. Runs a nice pool, makes sure people don’t leave shit all around their houses and cut their grass, does events for the kids, etc.
Most of the people on the board are couples our age and they are constantly asking for volunteers. The “violations” enforcement are outsourced to a third party company that gets a % of the HOA fines. It can be annoying and some pepper get irate, but you get like two warnings and the fines are like $50-$100 and it’s nbd. I was lax in trimming my large hedge bushes, so finally got on it when I got a second warning. Seems reasonable to me.
