They were on the board's list of hottest t14 students. The girls were made fun of and sexual innuendo discussed. One of the girls had a dad who was convicted or pleaded guilty to embezzling money from some international organization. There was mention in his sentencing report that he wanted to buy a pony for his daughter and that was his excuse, lol. Years later she goes to an elite law school and someone on the board digs it up. The girls initially hired reputation defender to get rid of the material and then sued. |

I don't know if he was named in the suit too but he lost his biglaw offer and ended up clerking in the virgin islands and then basically became chief clerk there. D was outted and became a lay about at home. Tried his hand at professional poker and disappeared from the board. I don't think the others were outted even though a lot of people on the board knew them. D probably settled because his insurance company probably paid a relatively nominal sum so they wouldn't have to pay counsel to litigate it.
