Never heard of mysterianism, though I think I understand what you are saying. I think there is much beyond what we can explain and that it's ok.
My own pet theory is that God reveals deeper truths to us in language that we can understand, and through tools that we have access to, in our current place and time.
And people will knock and laugh at things like synchronicity, but there are experiences that feel as though there is something deeper going on. All of which can be true even if everything exists only in the "physical" world. (Which itself seems to emerge from underlying fields.)

Duality is the ineluctable condition of the universe.
From physics, light is both particle and wave.
In theology, God who is the Creator of all things created both good and evil.
And of course, Jesus Christ was both God and Man.
Can we have it both ways? A contradiction in terms? Sure, that's just the way it is.
