It’s horrible. And if your phenotype is bad enough everyone ignores you when you talk. And when you leave they’re like “if only he knew how much he sucked,” and shame whomever brought you and tacitly threaten them with ostracism if they ever let you near them again. It’s so much worse than the “in the moment” awkwardness.
Meanwhile, screens will never betray you. Policenauts and Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete will always boot up. If your phenotype sucks but you’re still Tall, you can poast your height online and be revered. Screens will never betray you.

I have mogger phenotype and avoid social interactions because humans are really just absolute super shit imo and also don’t want to interact with lesser phenotypes even though I would frame mog
Subhuman phenotypes are so bad that even absolute peak unit frame moggers don’t want to mog them irl and waste Mog energy
