The houses that start approaching $2M or above and have like 6 beds seem to be languishing on the market.
I don't see the demand changing much for modest 3-4 bed houses. |

My sense is that a lot of sellers are eager to get out of their houses now and buyers are more cautious. At this point the market isn’t just people looking for a single family home. It’s a lot of players with money that are looking for non-primary residence single family homes who can jump in and out whenever they want. |
