Still prestigious if it is him but I don't even buy it because he could be in a French country right now and hand his phone to someone and that would also be historically in line with his past behavior. Either way there's no proof of fluency or any understanding he probably couldn't pass a high school French class and knows less than a hundred words even if it is him which is still highly suspect.
