It's strange but this is the phenomenon. Now take how Minnesota is isolated, the cities dominate the state population 2 to 1. It's prone for some kookiness. A better question than how did this happen in Minnesota is why did this not happen in somewhere like Vermont ig. It's sort of amazing this didn't happen in an east coast state. |
