And when you do the Keto, limit animal fats. That means 80+% of your calories from fat. That means very limited carbs and limited protein.

It's a mindfuck to go through I'm sure, but from what ive read - in my personal terrible experience with lots of fucking cancer in lots of people in my family - this is a pretty good result. Go aggressive at it if there is any choice. Get a second opinion if you can and have the cash / time.

It was quite an intense experience when I went to my oncologist and he almost cried when he first met me because he realized that he treated other members of my family recently (don’t want to get into detail about that). He told me that there’s a possibility I may have to do some chemo to shrink it a bit before surgery but we need more testing before coming up with a treatment plan. He said going straight to surgery has the risk of causing problems with the sphincter 10-20 years down the line but that depends on the size. Anyway, I was really impressed with how kind and caring and knowledgeable this doctor was and it has put me at ease.

It’s all really difficult brothers but I will beat this and feel very positive today 🙏
