Probate Litigation Attorney - Houston, TX 77074 - Indeed.com

Temporarily remote (COVID-19)

We handle probates and probate disputes.

We are looking to add another attorney to assist with our probate litigation practice. This includes probate litigation in Houston and the surrounding counties.

Litigation experience strongly preferred, but we do not have an ideal candidate profile for this job. We are a small and growing firm, so finding someone who is the right fit is key. So this could be an experienced attorney, an attorney looking for an of counsel position, or even an entry-level attorney that we train.

The successful candidate will be able to work as a team member and be able to exercise judgment in allocating their time among projects and in interacting with cleints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:

We are primarily working from home and only going to the office one at a time, but look forward to when we can all be in the office at the same time.

Experience:

litigation: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

Law (Required)

Work Location:

One location

Work Remotely:

Temporarily due to COVID-19
