Fellow Olds: have u noticed diet improvements helping w exercise recovery/energy

otoh intermittent fasting has been a yuge help for overall energy and upping my creatine to 10g per day has really helped recovery
big thing that sucks is eating anything sugary. that's always messed me up but now its way worse and i have to be super strict about it. one dessert or sugary breakfast and i seemingly put on half a pound of fat along with twice as much water weight that takes days to go away. plus i'll usually get a cold with sore throat |
