Put them in the oven with garlic and olive oil and it just cooked the water out of them and boiled them in it, still tasted ok but not great texture

Roasting greens would be like a harder and less practical way to wilt them

Unless you're calling something like broccoli or brussels sprouts a "green" for some reason, I don't understand what the fuck is going on here
