Was Metroid ever good

I cannot play the game for more than like 45 minutes without being like “fuck this” and putting it down. Had the same experience with Super Metroid in 1995.
Also I have Huge Hands so using a handheld for an action game sucks. 7” dick btw.
A lot of Nintendo games are like this. There are very few that are addictive enough to hook you the way that western Scumgineers strive to get gamers hooked on their insipid, predatory shovelware.

Nintendo 3DS: Metroid Prime: Federation Force - utter shit, Metroid: Samus Returns - excellent game
