I guess Zyn is missing the sort of instantaneous stress melting thing that a cig will do.
But they are far healthier, much cheaper, they don't make you stink, you can use them anywhere. It's mindblowing to me that people will still smoke cigs when a product that is markedly superior in so many regards exists.
I haven't had a cig in at least two years. Haven't had any Zyn in about two months. |

My first 3mg Zyn - I admit I hadn't used nicotine in a little while but it hit real hard. Spit it out early & still felt speedy, clammy, nauseous.
I adapted to it pretty quick because that's how nicotine goes. I'd say I got pleasure and relaxation from that habit for sure.
I never used snus or dip so I can't compare
