I need to know if I can avoid California tax as 1099 llc?

On this website it says I can contract with a medical facility as a person or as a business entity(ein), i.e. in wyoming or florida. Indeed I was offered that form by a medical facility. But does it make any difference for the purpose of California tax, or they will charge me 10%+ either way |
