Shitlaw boss here. In December, my weekly payroll is the same as ever. But I'm paying for tons of holidays and sick days for my employees, so I'm not getting as much work out of them. And lots of clients are slow about paying their bills, so I'm getting it on both ends. And to make matters worse, clients are more likely to come up with excuses as to why they need refunds so they can afford Christmas shopping. And I have to pay Christmas bonuses.
Anyone else dealing with this?

There but for the grace of God go I.
We've slid into paying ourselves a $200K salary and just taking draws at the end of the year (we make exceptions for huge settlements), so december is not particularly stressful. That model has its own problems, since I'm having to go into CC debt throughout the year.
