That's their foreign minister. They and the Saudis haven't done any actual fighting, but I kind of figured they would call for the US to leave and bend the knee to the Iranians. They have been doing the opposite.

Qatar has been trying to buy off the Iranians, but that's probably understandable considering their extreme vulnerability, relying on a single LNG plant for their economy.
