i would recommend doing it anonymously; otherwise, you're in for a clusterfuck that can last years.
i would recommend doing it only if you have a very good reason to do so. keep in mind that GC and bigcorps are just as bad or worse than the government.

Trump admin had basically no effect on most agencies the first time; this time likely won't be any different. Biggest changes will be in immigration probably.
"Department of government efficiency" is flame and propaganda. Any proposed severe cuts to the budget will die long before they get to Trump. And a government contractor like Musk can't run it due to conflict of interest unless he severs all ties with his companies that work on govt contracts. Just fucking lies and bullshit playing on people's hate and distrust of the government to boost popularity temporarily.
I see no effect on whistleblower activity arising from any of this.
