I get stressed out all the time. Sometimes, when I’m driving my kids to school, they’ll start fighting or something and I’ll wig out on them and shout and tell them to calm down. Then I’ll put it on the country radio station turned all the way down low, almost to the point where you can just barely make out the melody, and then I’ll tap the steering wheel to the beat, watch the world through the windshield, and go back in my mind to the ones that harmed me and the circumstances surrounding same. |
