Getting greenland is strategic insurance against that, in the same vein as reviving American manufacturing capacity.

Maybe you disagree. Maybe you love globalism and think it's superior to a self-sufficient country. But some some shitlib protests have nothing to do with the questions of geopolitical strategy posed.
