this all happens subconsciously and anyone that has interacted with women knows games like this. except women will recognize they were being bratty on purpose for attention when they've calmed down. except bpd women, which is the female analog to npd. in the same way a man that gets emotional gets a lot of npd traits, but when they calm down they except they were being haugty and arrogant. what an npd does is reframe events so that they weren't being arrogant, capricious, delusional, etc, but that they were right the entire time.
