I thought he might be something of a grandstanding pick and have no business running a massive department but he runs it like a real administrator. I think he's in a position with the least upside, and the biggest bullseye on his back because of big pharma and their capture of legacy Media. So far he has powered through. That's no easy task. I believe he is correct in his assessments and is actually committed to doing the right thing. I do not think he particularly likes a lot of Trump bs, but he sees the greater good.
