In the US you're necessarily limited by when the liquor stores are obligated to close, which is usually a lot earlier than midnight. Also, as a Doordash driver, I suspect orders are shut off even earlier than when the store closes because they probably need to leave a buffer for the driver to potentially return the booze to the store in the event that the recipient doesn't show ID. |
