I love skiing and this seems like a close substitute. Everyone says golf but i always get tired of it after 4 holes and I also suck at it.
Will I be shunned and hated and have trouble with the law if I skateboard around? Is it deeply pathetic? Or is it cool and won't be a big deal if i mention at a party that I skate. |

I have been to the skatepark a couple times and it's mainly little kids on scooters with their parents (parents are usually my age), degenerate highschoolers smoking weed, and some older guys who appear to be nearly homeless (usu the best skaters).
