Weekday nights and weekends: apart from about 2 hours of exercise per day, it's all screens. Some form of light humor/comedy, sports, light podcasts, etc. Glued to a screen. Not making much of an effort to improve my life; I'd rather escape from my problems. Every night I fall asleep listening to some podcast or sports discussion or whatever.
No social life since all my friends got married and/or moved away. Mildly depressed as far as I can tell. Single for years. No real hobbies other than exercise. Just letting life pass by me as I let the screen distract me. |

Suggested improvements: - look for a less stressful job - take more vacations. doesn't have to be abroad. just basically days off where you are maybe checking out the local downtown or nearby state park. - find purpose in life. this could be through religion or charity. or hobby. this part is optional. |
