Kids well established here in NY. Instead of upgrading and getting a bigger house here I wanna get a house in Tampa. My oldest son is doing well in HS baseball but my biggest regret with him is not having a place to go train in the winter. I have three more young sons and a girl.
Nothing too crazy just a townhouse maybe $250k or something. Is this credited? We’d be by Yankees spring training can also play in some tournaments during school breaks.
