From my first interview up to the present day I've presented myself as being dedicated to improving the federal government for all, dedicated to public service, almost an idealist, truly dedicated to the mission. I'm always positive in meetings and pretend to show deep commitment to my job. Etc. Etc.
But it's all a facade. The state is mostly a criminal organization that doesn't follow the law, bullies other states, treats its citizens generally poorly (except the rich, of course), etc. I put up this facade only because I'm at the higher end of fed pay. As bad as the state is, it's still better than GC. |
