ND is so angry at ESPN, ACC and the SECs corruption my understanding is that they are considering full time Big 10 membership, although their first choice is to dump the ACC, enter into annual home and homes with at least two of FSU, Miami, Clemson, keep USC on the schedule, add Michigan back, and move basketball to the Big East. |

It’s one thing to miss classes and studying for finals and family time to compete for a championship (everyone signed up for that) but who cares about a meaningless exhibition game. The games are complete nonsense with the best players opt-ing out and the games giving other a look at your best backups to try and poach via the portal.
Alabama’s scenario last year is completely different btw. They had 3 regular season losses and were never led to believe they were going to get a bid. Unlike ND which was in the field per the committee’s own rankings for over a month yet dropped behind an idle team and a team that got blown out and had negative rushing yards.
Hopefully more schools follow NDs lead and bring the corrupt bowls to an end. Fuck ESPN. Hopefully espn loses a few cents with a shittier bowl game on tv. |
