So, at that point, what's the differences with doing (and billing for) a few more hours and sending it at 3 am?
And at that point, what's the difference with waiting to send it at 7 or 8 am, before the next workday starts? |

If someone wants to review it that day, they should say so and specify a time. People get jammed up with meetings, multiple agreements to review, poasts to make, etc.

Worst thing you can do is send it early enough to get comments back that night, after you’ve rushed to get it out, screwed off online for 90 mins to recuperate, and finally turned to the other work you were supposed to get done yesterday/today/last week. |
