There's no product like this you can buy in the USA. The closest thing is a chinese device with super low resolution that costs $300.

This camera has the same resolution. No one makes a camera like that u can buy off the shelf with higher resolution:

However if u have a good digital camera u can get the IR filter removed. I'm thinking about having it done. It costs $200-400 depending on the camera and how much u trust the shop.
