95% effective against infection is what doctors told you. Doctors know very little.
Of course your levels are high, you are supplementing. It’s one of two things that I can 100% say made a noticeable and positive difference (vitamin D 10k IU a day is the other). Ashandgara made a difference, but I was not a fan of how it made me feel although it was noticeable.
Now whether doing more that 5g a day is worth it, I don’t know. I have been doing 10 (5 powder and 5 gummies) but I am probably going to go back to 5g when I run out of gummies. The gummies are apparently not consistent or reliable in doses and the flavored powder tastes 180 (mango pineapple).
