In 2020 she called the correct margin of victory in Iowa when all other polls were showing a neck to neck race and even a few with a slight Biden lead. I listened to a few interviews with her and she is intelligent and likable.
She screwed up royally this year, for whatever reason. But she has also done the honorable step of resigning from her profession. Which is far more than one can say for all the pollsters at the NYT or WaPo who stubbornly refuse to apologize or acknowledge how wrong they are.
