Plan is to do Alternate Day Fasting, Tuesday and Thursdays and fast over weekends. 4 days/week. It's pretty difficult but I'm tired of being a fat fuck and disgusted with myself.

last week was the first time i did it sub 12% bf and it was definitely more difficult

what are you allowing yourself for drinks? plain water? electrolytes? anything zero calorie? i’ve tried all and dry fasting was actually easiest as far as not feeling quite as hungry for me. i’d just hydrate with salt/potassium water(snake juice) before bed if i was doing multiple days and go dry all day |
