Script to remove all NSAM posts from first page

It will take a bit of time the first time it runs, but all subsequent times will be faster since it will only check new threads. The script will need to be updated when NSAM changes monikers.
To use this in Firefox:
1. Install Violentmonkey (or Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey) from Firefox Add-ons 2. Click the extension icon → "+" or "Create new script" 3. Paste the script content and save, refresh the page
