Also, my veggie beans were good. I built a stock from an onion, a red bell pepper, two carrots, garlic, and also I had some cherry toms that were starting to dry out so I chopped those up and put in the pot. Seasoning was salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, marjoram, cilantro and cumin. It’s a good pot of beans. |
