Other drivers dad and I agreed just do separate repair estimates and each pay our respective deductibles. Had to extract my wife from yelling at Indian mother of the kid who hit my wife in the parking lot of the school after volleyball practice.
Just bought a noose and plan on hanging myself from tree in back yard in a couple hours. This is why I don’t go home directly after work. |

But given your poor handling of the claim and shitty legal advice to your wife bordering on malpractice, you also get to miss out on loss of use / rental reimbursement, diminished value (much higher on a brand new car) and the benefit of not having her rates going up.
