It had the standard bloat and cringy dialog from a James Cameron movie but that shit seems to work for him. If you look at it as a serious, adult film, though, it does not hold up at all. These movies are bloated and the plot is mediocre at best, but when shit goes down they're amazing movies - especially on the big screen in 3d.
There isn't a Marvel movie that has close to the action staging as the 5th worse set piece in Avatar. |
