HBO documentary reveals Peter Todd as Satoshi Nakamoto

He also mentioned something in a private conversation about making a massive sacrifice of Bitcoin (possibly losing access to the Satoshi wallet)
He extremely adamantly denies it in the documentary, even calling the documentarian ludicrous, but his X account is very interesting in that he talks about the identity of Satoshi over the years, calling Satoshi “just a human and not perfect” many times and saying not all of his vision will be realized. He emphasized in the documentary that the identity of Satoshi isn’t even important, but on his Twitter account he was very adamant about calling out scammers like Craig Wright who pretended to be Satoshi.
Documentary is called Money Electric, “reveal” is in the last 30 minutes. |
