I couldn’t find mandatory mass attendance in any of the main Protestant sects doctrines

Is that accurate?

It’s a product of Vatican II. It’s just a reference guide to centralize the church’s doctrine from a number of sources dating to the first century AD.

There is a large body of Canon Law which mostly is concerned with the administration of the church but also details obligations of Catholics.

The Catholic Catechism is the most comprehensive set of religious obligations. There have been earlier forms of it but it essentially organizes the teachings of the church and obligations of Catholics. You really could rely on the catechism and nothing else if you wanted to.

are you seriously this retarded? missing Sunday mass is a mortal sin and requires confession to receive Eucharist. It has absolutely nothing to do with keeping asses in the seats and money flowing.

no. your 3/4 gay "pastor" who has a wife and kids doesn't count. Angelicins are heretics in particular. They were the ones who normalized shitlibbery in the white Christian culture back in the old days. St. Thomas More had cast iron balls.

I am not disagreeing with you. It’s RC, EO, or very conservative reformed Protestant (FCC, WELS, RPCNA, maybe down to some PCA and LCMS and maybe some ACNS although my sense is ACNA is pretty lib.) or it’s horrible blasphemy. All I am saying is Anglicans and Lutherans have “mass.”

No lol

Imagine being MANDATED to experience your beliefs in a particular fashion. Catholicism isn't "bad" or anything but hfs the Quakers were completely right about service structures

imagine starting from the fucked-up cartesian premise that religious faith is your personal "beliefs" located in the narrow wasteland of your emotion- and sin-ridden head.

"III dont FEEEEL this at the moment, so IIII wont do it."

The church is Christs body on earth, through all time. Your individual little feelings hardly matter, and anyway ought to be distrusted.

"But I stand alone as arbiter, pope of my own universe, writer of my own bible, and I EXPERIENCE sleepiness on Sunday morning"

fuck off, get to Mass
