This time the storm surprised us, and now it's hard to get people in to the worst affected areas.

Loads of foot traffic, long lines around the few stores still open, gas stations have empty tanks, people collecting water from wherever they can find it. Boomer neighborhoods were 180 - everyone chipping in to clear roads, bbq's fired up to grill meat before it goes bad, lots of charity.
