Not insulation per se. But the tiles suck all the heat out of the room and neighoring room because there is no insulation under the tiles. I'm looking for some cheaper fixes to this because I'm sure it will cost like $30,000 to put an underlayment in. Looks like those foam gym mat tiles will stop the heat loss to some degree by just laying them on top of the tiles.
